January 6, 2025 - The Desjardins Automotive Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Chartrand Ford and 440 Ford Lincoln dealerships, both located in Laval.

These two high-volume Ford dealerships have an important reputation in their market and are among the largest dealerships in Quebec, whether for retail sales, commercial vehicles, service or parts.

With these two new dealerships, the Desjardins Automotive Group is once again confirming its rapid growth in the Montreal metropolitan area, with now 13 dealerships (including 11 automobile dealerships) offering vehicles from 5 major brands.

This major new acquisition strengthens the group's already solid expertise in Ford and Lincoln products and services, and brings the number of dealerships operating under this banner to 6, giving it leader status for the brand in Quebec. Founded more than twenty years ago by Jean-Luc Desjardins, the Desjardins Automotive Group operates within the Canadian automotive industry.
